FRAGG Invest: Impact focused Investments for Businesses.
FRAGG Invest required a platform to represent their commitment to impact investing and cater to their diverse audience of corporate investors, SMEs, and stakeholders across three regions: Nigeria, Germany, and Luxembourg. The pltaform needed to reflect FRAGG’s values, streamline user engagement, and align with their global operations.
FRAGG already had an existing website but it needed a redesign to create a stronger online presence and effectively communicate their mission of impactful investing as well as their position as industry leaders. Our design solution focused on simplifying complex processes, such as form submissions, enhancing the layout and use of spacing and restructuring information hierarchy to improve the user experience across devices and drive conversions.

Repositioning for a global audience
Understanding the urgent need for new paint
First thing I did after getting off the call with the stake holders and ADT team was to examine the old website and run a comprehensive UX audit. I noted down in detail a lot of things that could be improved, added or removed - Most urgent of them was the hero section which was completely missing. I figured out it must have been a conflicting plugin issue which caused that error.

Missing hero section
Other noticeable things were these large clump of texts that's hard to read without intense concentration, inconsistent use of white space and boring layout.

Then the features section which was implemented using a carousel. I actually liked the section, the only issue was there was no pause on hover so you had to keep going back and forth on the arrows if you wanted to read the text. The CTA was okay, the blog section could be better. I wasn't a fan of the footer. Poor contrast of some UI elements, boring layout and weirdly shaped corners.

After auditing the entire website, I noted some key features that had to be added.
Testimonials:
To build proof and social trust in FRAGG as industry leaders. This could be in the form of user testimonials, or showing clients they work with.
Call to Action:
To turn visitors to customers by selling a value offer and collecting contact info, creating a list of leads right on the first touch.
FRAGG Group:
One of the stakeholders primary reason for the redesign was apart from making it stand up to modern, global design standards was to make sure that their three branches are reflected properly and each of them have individual sites which are easily accessible.
Improved User Experience
The value offering could be communicated better. A more prominent features section explaining what it is they do, Easier navigation and a much shorter and easy to fill form.
Establishing New Foundations
After completing the audit and digesting the user requirement document, i got to work on working on the style guide to ensure consistency across the website. I used the brand colors and chose a new web typeface (with approval from the stakeholders) which made the website look cleaner and the content easier to read.

My Favorite sections of the website
Hero section
The hero section is actually the section that was iterated the most in the design phase. We went through several versions till we arrived at one that fit perfectly.

The final version was a carousel that was really loved by the stake holders.

FRAGG Group
This section features a quick and beautiful way to view the locations of the three branches of FRAGG Invest and also visit their individual websites.

Footer
The new footer I designed has way more personality. Contact info for the 3 branches are easily accessed, a combination of better spacing, typography and use of color made this one of the best footers I've worked on and it fit the website perfectly.

Form
I really love the work we did on the forms, streamlining them and making them easy to fill and find.

Do good work
The stakeholders were very happy with the final outcome of the website and I offered support during the development phase so everyone involved in the project closed it out on a positive note. I heard that the website led to new investors coming in so how's that for IMPACT.
